We want you to love every piece. Here's what to do if something is not right.
Order cancellations are accepted only prior to dispatch and must be requested by contacting the studio directly. Cancellations cannot be initiated by the customer through the website and will be handled by the studio upon receiving such communication.
Approved cancellations will be refunded after a 10% deduction from the total order value.
Please note that returns are not currently accepted.
We request you to record a video while unboxing the order, so that, refund process becomes easier in case of damages.
If the products arrive damaged/broken, please contact us and we can evaluate what can be done.
If you experience any issue with your order, you may contact the studio via email or through the website contact form, and your case will be considered individually.
