We want you to love every piece. Here's what to do if something isn't right.
All Sturdy Studio products are handmade. Slight variations in colour, texture, shape, and size are inherent to handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece truly unique.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. The item must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
