Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we pack and ship your ceramics.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During high-demand periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Within India

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is available on all orders. Free shipping is offered on orders above a certain value (displayed at checkout). Exact shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

4. Packaging

We understand that ceramics need extra care during transit. Every piece is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, cushioned with recycled paper, and placed in a sturdy box. We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your package in real time through the courier partner's website.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping options are being explored and will be announced soon. If you are outside India and interested in our products, please reach out to us via our contact page.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
