Cave Terrain Vase

A carved mini vase designed for a single stem, a dry branch, or as a sculptural piece on its own. Inspired by the kurinuki process, the form is cut back to reveal cave-like openings, rough edges, and a landscape-like surface. It has a weathered, grounded feel, with darker depth settled into the crevices and softer lighter breaks across the raised areas. Style it on a shelf, console, or tabletop where its raw, terrain-like presence can quietly hold its own. Note: This piece was made through an experimental technique that caused small surface cracks. This is mainly a sculptural piece that can standout by itself, or be functional as a vase, only suitable for dry styling. This cannot contain water.
