Burnt Ivory

A sculptural vessel where warm earth tones meet soft ivory, giving the surface a quiet sense of movement. The glaze never settles into one colour. It drifts between rich browns, creamy whites and darker edges, catching every curve differently. I always find myself looking at it from another angle because the light keeps changing what I notice first. The asymmetry at the rim is one of my favourite parts. It gives the piece a feeling of having lived a little, making it feel collected rather than newly made. I love this on a higher shelf where the curves can catch the light throughout the day. With a few trailing stems, dried branches, or even standing empty, it quietly changes the mood of the space.
