Nerikomi Bowl

A low, weighty Nerikomi bowl with deep brown, charcoal and rust moving through it in these beautiful circular rings. I love that you can follow the pattern from the outside all the way into the centre, almost like looking at tree rings or something slowly orbiting inwards. There’s a lovely mix of glossy depth and softer earthy areas, so it changes quite a bit depending on where the light hits it. It is dinnerware safe, but I especially love this as an entryway catch all for the little things you empty out of your pockets, or filled with nuts, sweets and everyday treats on the table. One of those pieces that is useful without ever looking purely functional.
